How Dual-Wavelength TightSculpting Works
The first stage uses Nd:YAG energy to create controlled heating in deeper tissue. This thermal effect is intended to support collagen contraction and remodelling while treating the selected contour area.
A second Er:YAG stage applies gentler surface heating to support skin texture and firmness. Energy level, treatment pattern and the number of passes are adjusted according to the area and patient feedback. Fotona TightSculpting does not replace exercise, dietary care or surgical removal of excess skin.
Treatment Planning and Recovery for North Parramatta Patients
- Assessment: the clinician reviews the target area, skin laxity, health history and any contraindications before treatment.
- During treatment: patients may feel progressive warmth; settings can be modified according to comfort and tissue response.
- After the session: temporary redness, tenderness, swelling or sensitivity can occur, even when normal activities resume quickly.
- Gradual response: any change in contour or firmness develops over time and may require a series of treatments.
- Limitations and risks: burns, blistering, pigment change, contour irregularity and scarring are uncommon but possible; no result is guaranteed.

MD Cosmedical Solutions offers Fotona TightSculpting assessment for North Parramatta patients at its Sydney CBD and Wahroonga clinics. An in-person review can determine whether laser body contouring, another non-surgical procedure or surgical referral better matches the concern.
Treatment should be selected for a defined local area and realistic goal. It is not a weight-loss procedure, and no particular reduction in size, improvement in laxity or duration of result can be promised.
